JZD-B系列轮对磁粉探伤机是为满足机车、车辆(含动车组、地铁车辆、轻轨车辆、轨道车辆)轮对的磁粉探伤需要而开发的。按照功能和结构的不同分别适用于:

功能及特点

周向磁化(或中心导体磁化)采用柔性电极,保证通电可靠不打火,磁化效果稳定
-
纵向磁化采用镀银接点强力锁紧钳形开合线圈,接合更可靠,性能更稳定。

采用了附加局部旋转磁场来满足齿轮齿廓面的表面切向磁场强度
-
针对车轮的磁粉探伤机采用旋转磁场来降低沿车轮半径方向磁场分布的不均匀度
-
采用了变频传动装置来控制轮对旋转,转速可自由设定并实现动态换向。

磁化电流由可控硅调压模块控制,电流大小可根据盘饼工件大小的不同随时调整;

磁化线圈断电时采用了不等值的衰减措施,使电流按预定程序逐渐衰减到零,经系统自动进行的原位退磁工序后,探伤件的剩磁小于0.3mT

Functions and Features
1. Circular magnetization (or the center conductor magnetization) using flexible electrodes, to ensure it is reliable to electrify and no ignition, magnetization is more stable
2. Longitudinal magnetic adopting silver-plated contacts with a strong locking clamp opening and closing coils, bonding is more reliable, and the performance is more stable;
3. Using the additional localized rotating magnetic field to meet the surface tangential magnetic field strength of gear tooth surface;

For wheels magnetic particle flaw detector adopts the rotating magnetic field to reduce the degree of uneven distribution of magnetic field along the direction of the wheel radius;

Magnetizing coil when power is attenuated by the non-equivalent measures to gradually decay current scheduled programs to zero, the system automatically in situ demagnetization process, the remanence of the testing piece is less than 0.3mT;
