《建设机械技术与管理》（CMTM）创刊于1988年。由中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部主管、国家建筑城建机械质量监督检验中心主办。是住房和城乡建设部优秀期刊，中国科技论文统计核心期刊。文章内容被收入万方、维普等国内重要科技期刊数据库。
CMTM主要报道国内外工程机械行业在设计、制造、技术、设备管理、市场、租赁及维修等方面的综合资讯，设有资讯、封面文章、施工现场、管理专栏、专题报道、特别策划、人物、产品和技术、机务管理、水电施工机械化等栏目。
CMTM读者对象为各类工程建设施工单位设备主管、主机和配套件生产企业的高管和工程技术人员、相关政府部门、协会领导及专家、代理商、租赁单位和个体户。杂志在我国建筑、交通、铁道、水利、电力、矿山、冶金等有关政府部门、行业组织和用户中具有广泛的影响力，杂志的发行量和有效读者群在行业内遥遥领先，是我国工程建设机械行业最具影响力的科技期刊之一。
Established in 1888, CMTM is in the charge of MOHURD, and run by National Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Building and Urban Construction Machinery. It is an excellent journal of MOHURD, and included in China Technology Core Journals. Its articles are included in domestic important technical journal databases e.g. WANFANG DATA, VIP.
CMTM reports comprehensive information of domestic and overseas construction machinery industry about design, manufacture, technology, equipment management, market, rental and maintenance, comprised of columns of information, cover article, construction site, management, special report, special planning, task, product & technology, mechanical management and hydropower construction mechanization.
CMTM is positioned to equipment leaders in various construction units, senior managements and engineering technicians in producers of main unit and component, related government departments, association leaders and experts, agents, leasers and individual households.
