Quantum 系列自動視覺量測系統具有超高速度及超高精度之性能,是 MicroVu 所研發機型中,以滿足微米以內量測需求為優先訴求之機種。

值得一提的是, Quantum 系列所配備的空氣軸承排除了一般機械軸承會產生的摩擦力之影響,因此,配合精密的線性馬達,展現出超過 50cm/s 之量測速度。

0.5μm 定位精度可滿足極度要求精度之量測需求。透過 InSpec 軟體的應用,不管是在光源、對焦、尋邊等性能上,均有超乎水準的優秀表現。
